saddle clamp / seatpost clamp
PITLOCKs need a saddle clamp with flat, parallel pressure surfaces. If your clamp is not suitable for PITLOCKs , you can find the right ones here...
Item: Saddle clamp (without PITLOCK)
Material: aluminum, sandblasted matt, silver or black anodized.
Function: The seat clamp clamps the seat post on the bicycle frame and thus keeps the seat post in the correct, adjusted position.
You also need a PITLOCK axle to secure the seat post.
The Pitlock saddle axle (33mm) or Set 06 standard (33mm) always fits the PITLOCK saddle clamps, as the different sizes only change the diameter of the clamp but not the distance between the clamping surfaces.
28.6 mm (for seat tubes with a diameter on the bicycle frame of 27.5 - 28.8 mm)
30.00 mm - 34.9 mm saddle clamp with spacer* (see photo)
31.8 mm (for seat tubes with a diameter on the bicycle frame of 30.5 - 32 mm)
34.9 mm (for seat tubes with a diameter on the bicycle frame of 33.6 - 35 mm)
36.4 mm - 40 mm saddle clamp with spacer* (see photo)
40 mm (for seat tubes with a diameter on the bicycle frame of 38.7-40.2 mm)
Tips:
The size specification corresponds to the inner diameter of the saddle clamp.
The required size is usually on the seat tube or on the old clamp.
The outer diameter is measured at the end of the seat tube on the bicycle frame.
The diameter of the seat tube should ideally be slightly smaller than the size of the seat clamp.
Important
The saddle clamp must be suitable for Pitlock, i.e. the contact surfaces must be flat and parallel. The threads of the axle must be greased before assembly. The seat post must fit exactly into the seat tube and have not leave any slack.

*The spacer is an internal aluminum ring that reduces the saddle clamp to the correct size.
